Alstromeria
My reputation as Britain's answer to Agent Orange has taken a bit of a knock 'cos I found this still alive this morning - two days after I bought it for the last droplets shot. As this has to be an all-time record I thought I would capture it for posterity.

LOL.. yes worthy of inclusion. I have similar skills: the fence I planted around 15 years ago failed to thrive and has is collapsing seemingly by the day now! Beautiful colours and detail as usual, Keith. My only niggle is that the background tends to distract especially in the top right.

Echo about background but good detail and sharpness on the flower.

Before I read the comments above I was thinking a vignette around the flower would make the flower stand out a lot more, although the background as it is does not really bother me that much and does not detract from the wonderful image of the flower with its fantastic colours and pin sharp detail. Another fine image keith, well done.

Pin sharp, excellent colours and exposed to perfection a fine specimen indeed Keith, very well done sir, the photograph AND keeping it alive for so long
The background doesn't bother me but the slight halo around the top of the right hand petal is a tad distracting once noticed, just me tho'

Thanks for the comments guys, and they are still alive Hmmm, thinks I had better go and make sure they are not made out of silk or something
