Today got off to a bad start as when I got out of bed there was some terrific lighting and I was desperate to get out with the camera but unfortunately I was confined to the house waiting on a delivery which was due between 10 and 12 and eventually arrived at 3.30, by which time the light was going Sad
I was cheered up a bit tho' when my morning paper arrived and I discovered that the image I posted on the group on Tuesday from Loch Lomond was the picture of the day in the Glasgow Herald and given almost a half page, so at least I did have something to cheer me up a bit.
Just having a large glass of 18 year old Bomore malt to cheer me up a bit more. Very Happy

I would say it was an excellent day Peter, there will always be another day when the light is right, but its not often that you get one of your images on a half page news spread, especially doing the rounds in a popular newspaper like the Glasgow Herald, so congratulations!, and well done on that achievement!

a few drams of the venerable malt quite a fitting toast in my book Laughing

Merlynn.
