The Studio was built for real people who don’t feel at home in traditional gyms or high-intensity boot camps. Our members just want to move more, feel stronger, and enjoy exercise again, in a place where they actually belong.

If your goal is to run a marathon, compete at HYROX, or become a bodybuilder, we’re probably not for you. But if you want to get fitter, feel more like yourself again, and be part of a genuinely supportive community… you’ve just found your place.

Our app keeps your whole fitness journey in one simple place. You can book your sessions, follow along with on-demand home workouts and practise your form whenever you like. There are news updates, fitness, nutrition and mindset tips, a community group chat and regular challenges to keep you motivated. You’ll also get access to thousands of healthy recipes, a personalised meal planner and space to track your measurements and strength progress. Everything is designed to make staying consistent feel easier, especially when life gets busy.

At The Studio, we know no two bodies are the same. Everyone starts at a different place, and that’s exactly how we design our sessions.

All our sessions are run by coaches who will tailor every workout to you, adapting exercises when needed so you can move safely and confidently. Unlike bootcamps that push everyone to the limit, or gyms where you’re left on your own, The Studio is different. You’ll be encouraged to progress at your own pace, guided every step of the way, and always in good hands.
