Whatever your starting point, our sessions are built to suit you. Safe, supportive, and always encouraging.

HIIT
Our HIIT sessions are designed to help you improve fitness, burn calories and build confidence in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. You’ll move through short bursts of simple exercises with plenty of guidance from our coaches, and everything can be adapted to your level. No complicated movements, no pressure to keep up with anyone else, just a great workout that leaves you feeling stronger, fitter and proud of yourself.

Core
Everything starts from your core. Your balance, posture, and movement. This session focuses on your abs, back, and hips using simple, controlled exercises that really work. It’s low impact, easy to follow, and makes a big difference over time.

Strength and Conditioning
Build strength, tone up, and feel good in your body. These sessions use a mix of weights and body-weight moves to help you get stronger week by week. Your coach will show you how to do each exercise safely and make sure you’re always working at a level that feels right for you.

Kettlebell Conditioning
A fun mix of strength and cardio using kettlebells. You’ll work your whole body, build power, and boost fitness without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Your coach will guide your form and make sure every move feels smooth and safe.

Stretch and Recovery
Take a breather and give your body what it needs. These sessions help you loosen up tight muscles, move better, and recover after your workouts. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and ready for whatever’s next.

Boxercise
Punch away the stress in this upbeat, feel-good workout. You’ll learn basic boxing techniques, build fitness, and have fun while doing it. No contact, no pressure. Just great music, great energy, and a big endorphin boost.

Pilates
Move better, stand taller, and strengthen your core with Pilates. It’s all about control, breathing, and gentle strength work that improves how your body feels day to day. Perfect for all levels, no experience needed.

WOD (Workout of the Day)
Something new each time to keep things fresh. Every WOD combines strength, cardio, and functional movements for a full-body workout. Your coach will guide you through it and help you push yourself just the right amount. Never too much.
